M\u00e4rz 2020 sind folgende \u00c4nderungen bez\u00fcglich dem Ringen wesentlich:<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul ><li class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1\"><span >Kinder und Jugendliche\r\n     bis 20 Jahre k\u00f6nnen ohne grosse Einschr\u00e4nkungen trainieren.
