Im Austausch mit dieser vielseitigen und globalen Expertise ging es um die Entwicklungen des Ringsports allgemein, Chancen und Potentiale im Weltverband sowie den nationalen Verb\u00e4nden und speziell um die Rollen, die dabei von Frauen \u00fcbernommen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Das Forum ist auch Teil der vom International Olympic Committee forcierten \u00ab\u00a0Gender-Equality\u00a0\u00bb-Initiative. Nicht nur bei den aktiven Sportlerinnen und Sportlern soll hier eine Gleichheit geschaffen werden. Auch in verantwortungsvollen Positionen in internationalen und nationalen Sportverb\u00e4nden sollen Frauen ermutigt werden, ihre Expertise zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen und sich auf \u00c4mter zu bewerben. Auch UWW-Pr\u00e4sident Nenad Lalovic motivierte in seiner Begr\u00fcssungsrede die Anwesenden, sich f\u00fcr \u00c4mter in nationalen Sportverb\u00e4nden zu bewerben und sich so sp\u00e4ter auch f\u00fcr Aufgaben im Weltverband zu empfehlen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
